For years I thought I knew what I was doing when it came time to feeding my body the right foods until I learned these 3 things. 

  1. How to properly structure meals. For years I was eating clean but struggled with major bloating which eventually led to extra pounds on my body. Each morning I would wake up to a flat stomach but by 5:00 pm I looked about 3 months pregnant. Sure I would treat myself to some dark chocolate and a glass of wine here and there but for the most part, my diet was pretty darn clean. Once I put into practice proper portions of my macronutrients in combination with the timing between meals in a way that balances hormones, the bloating went away and about 10lbs melted right off my waistline in under 4 weeks. This was an absolute game-changer and eye-opener for me.
  2. Creating the right environment that supports your goals is e-s-s-e-n-t-i-a-l. How many times have you purchased supplements, tucked them away in the cupboard and completely forgot all about it until one day you placed them on the countertop where from that day forward you remembered to take them. Simple tweaks to our environment will make all the difference in the world. I'm going to teach you how to set your environment to support you in letting go of what's holding you back but also make integrating your new healthy habits that much easier. Which is what leads us to #3.

How Does The Food Plan Work? 

Upon enrollment, you'll receive a form that allows you to get your blood work done at a clinic near you. Based on your personal levels, weight loss goals, as well as food, likes and dislikes, a food plan by Metabolic Balance will then be created just for you. You are so unique and deserve to have a food plan that speaks to that. Once your blood work results are in it's only a matter of days until you have your personal food plan.


No more guessing what your proper portions are, which foods to eat, how to eat or even when to eat.

Module 1) How the mind works part 1 -Mental awareness. Getting crystal clear about what you want, the desire behind it, what's holding you back and who you need to become in order to create the changes you crave. In life, we become the lowest standard of ourselves, not the highest. Getting clear about what your standards are is the first step to upgrading your mind to match your desires.


Module 2) How the mind works part 2 -Mental cognition. The mind has many compartments. From anger, jealousy, and sex to hunger, joy, analyzing, problem-solving and data storing. Life is a manifestation of where we direct our awareness. You're going to learn how to amplify the areas in your life that you wish to see expand and deconstruct limiting beliefs, old habits, and thought patterns that get in the way of your health and happiness.


Module 3) Wellness Principles + Phase 1 & 2 of your food planCreating the right environment externally and internally to match your health and wellness goals. Learn how your body works so hard every single day to keep you alive and how food choices, portions, and eating habits affect not just your waistline, but your mood, hormones, sleep patterns, digestion, and complexion. Your personal food plan will take away all the stress, and guessing around what to eat, how much to eat, and even when to eat. In this module, we start phase one of your food plan which includes a 2-day cleanse and proceeds to phase two where all the magic begins.


Module 4) HeartCore habits that create an unshakable foundation. If you want to know what your future looks like just look at your daily habits. They are who you become. In this module, we shake up your world by introducing habits that will feed your soul in a way that no amount of broccoli or kale ever could. 


Module 5) The right and the wrong way to work out. There are many ways to exercise, however, not all ways will actually benefit your body. If your stress hormones are high, HIT (high-intensity training) can actually have a damaging effect on your body where deep breathing and yoga will help you lean out much faster. Your body type, lifestyle and stress levels all come into play.  In this module, we'll find which types of physical activity work best for you and how to properly portion your meals to match your level of physical activity.


Module 6) How to transform each meal into a mega dose of nutrition with herbs, spices, and superfoods. No matter how hectic life gets or where you end up in the world, knowing your ABC's to healthy eating and how to add more value will keep your energy high and your spirit in alignment. In this module, you'll also learn how to use essential oils and supplements to further support your body in ridding toxins and in times of stress.


Module 7) Understanding your body on a deeper level. I truly believe that there is no one right way of eating. From seasonal changes to lifetime stages, our body will require deferent things and it's up to you to hears those signals. The 8 simple rules that you'll learn while integrating your personalized food plan will support you no matter which way of eating you choose to integrate into your life. Whether that be vegan, vegetarian, paleo, the blood type diet, ayurvedic body type diets, you name it. In this module, we start phase 3 of your plan and introduce new foods. You'll learn how to hear the different signals and signs your body will send you and how different ways of eating can support you throughout all your life changes.


Module 8) Going chemical-free & ridding toxins from your life. We're constantly bombarded with toxins which are a major stressor on our body. This effects our endocrine system (our body's fancy way of using hormones to communicate with our organs what we need) from temperature regulation to metabolizing food and making babies. It's some pretty super high-end stuff. When chemicals enter our body it interferes with all these pathways causing all sorts of problems. In this module, you'll learn about the 5 essential swaps in your household from cleaning products, personal hygiene care, and makeup, that will make a drastic shift in your health. Don't worry, I let you in on exactly which brands are trustworthy and perform like magic. You'll also learn about simple tips and tricks that will continuously support your body in ridding chemicals on a daily base. This means more energy, more brainpower, happy hormones, a more radiant complexion, and healthier digestion.


Module 9) Smoothies Vs Juicing. In this module, you'll learn the powerful benefits that both smoothies and juicing have to offer. These are both highly nutritious but also offer very different benefits to your body. We'll cover the do's and don'ts, and how to properly formulate them so you can use them as a tool for either recovery, enhanced performance, staying healthy on the go or for extra beauty nutrients.


Module 10) Celebrating your success. We've now reached phase 4 of your food plan. You confidently know what works for you and what doesn't. You've created an unshakable foundation that nourishes you every day leaving you feeling healthier and more vibrant than ever. You've grown and transformed so much at this point that soaking it all in and celebrating you is a must. 



Who Is This Program Designed For?

If you get excited about the thought of nourishing every cell in your body, having unlimited energy (without relying on coffee) and feeling beautiful to your core no matter what you're wearing, or not wearing ;) than this is for you. 


Who Is This Not For?

This program requires the willingness to try new foods, integrate new habits, being open to change and new concepts. You're required to cook all your meals, consume zero alcohol and no sugar (other than the natural sugars found in the fruits and grains on your plan) for at least the first 16 days. There is also no working out allowed during your first 14 days, aside from daily walks and light stretching. If you are looking for a quick fix instead of a lifestyle change than this plan is not for you.


Some questions you might have:

+ Is this going to be a big-time commitment? Your food plan is going to provide structure and balance to your life. As long as you have your food in your fridge ahead of time, you’re golden! Plus, I’ll be sharing my tips on how to prep ahead so your meals are ready for grab and go.

+ What if, I’m the worst cook in the world? The beautiful thing about your food plan is that it takes all the guessing out of cooking. Simply stick to your guideline and I promise the creativity will flow. To top it off I will also be sharing fun and easy recipes for extra inspiration. Before you know it, you’re going to feel like a chef and LOVE all your meals.

+ What about cravings? The foods and portion on your personal list will balance your blood sugar levels within days (this is what leads to never-ending hunger spells and cravings). In fact, the only foods you’re going to crave will be the new foods on your personal plan.

+ Is this really for me? If you are fed up and done with feeling like crap, ready to take control of your health and feel amazing in your body once and for all, then hell yes! This program was made for you.


 Can I Get A Refund If I'm Unhappy With The Program? 

Absolutely!
 I would be more than happy to refund the difference after deductions for program content, blood work, personal coaching time spent and meal plan.

Your blood work and meal plan are paid out to your provincial health care and the team of doctors at Metabolic Balance that design everything specific to you. Since both of these are non-retrievable products and require a payout to a third party no amount of refund can be put into place. However, both remain yours forever and can be used at your leisure. As sad as I would be to see you go I would be more than happy to refund you for any coaching sessions that have not been used.


Important:
 In order to be eligible for a refund you must attend and complete at least three coaching sessions. I understand how scary investing in yourself can be and that fear can play a scary role when it comes time to take action. I also know in my heart that if you invest your time in the program you will reap the benefits and be incredibly pleased.
